When you book any reservations from our website you will be asked to provide personally identifiable information. We only use this information to proces, book your transportation reservation and will notify you by email or fax the status of your reservation. When you decide to return to the TravelTranz.com website we use this same information for you to access information about the reservation.

Travel Tranz.com may also ask for personally identifiable information about any other people you may be booking for reservations. We only use this information to reserve the destination with the airport shuttles and limousines or other transportation company and if requested by you we will send each person of the reservation an email notification verifying the booking.

Although TravelTranz.com offers airport shuttles, limousines and other transportation suppliers that are industry reputable companies, we have not placed any limitations on our transportation suppliers from using or disclosing any of your information without your consent. Therefore, we will always ask you to review the privacy policies or practices of any transportation suppliers whose services you will reserve or purchase on TravelTranz.com. Also these transportation suppliers may contact you as it is necessary to obtain additional information about your confirmed reservation and instructions such as directions for pick-up, drop-off or anything relevant to the reservation which is needed.

TravelTranz.com will occasionally share aggregated information with our service providers. This information does not contain any personally identifiable information and is used to develop featured programs and content that will be of interest to our members and website visitors.
